Warragul Development

The Warragul Development is an ambitious mixed-use project in rural Victoria, strategically located adjacent to the local train station and envisioned as a new civic heart for the town.

Conceived as a contemporary town centre, the development brings together a hotel, retail precinct, office spaces, and food and beverage venues within a single, integrated complex.

The architecture is guided by a nature-inspired language, expressed through a stepped, terraced form that responds to the surrounding landscape and human scale. Tree-like columns support generous cantilevered plates, while planted terraces and soft edges blur the boundary between built form and greenery. Together, these elements create a layered, welcoming environment that promotes connectivity, walkability, and community life, positioning the project as a landmark destination for Warragul’s future growth.
